Customers can expect cover from 9am - 5.30pm (weekdays) and 9am - 1pm (Saturdays). We provide this essential service at no extra cost to all of our customers covered by contract, rental, or guarantee.

All our engineers are fully qualified and will usually solve your problem within minutes, ensuring that you can get on with the smooth running of your business.
All of our products come with a guarantee as standard. After this expires you then have the option to avail of a one year maintenance contract. Occasionally we offer maintenance cover on equipment that was not originally supplied by us (subject to terms & conditions) and huge discounts on longer term (3 years plus) contracts.

3rd Party Maintenance (EPOS Sub-Contractor in Northern Ireland & ROI)
